IMPACT 2017 has ended
Interactive Multimedia Performing Arts Collaborative Technology 

 is comprised of experienced faculty and technical assistants in dance, music, theatre, visual arts, multimedia, and arts technology. IMPACT consists of a three-week intensive multimedia creative and performance experience culminating in a staged production. This workshop provides an opportunity for students to create new interactive works, as well as to learn digital and multimedia technology. International students have the opportunity to continue to develop their spoken English skills.

Jialin Li

Jialin Li is A senior master student in NYU Music Education. She comes from China and graduated in Music Education department from Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. In 2015, she won Hungarian and  Chinese Government Scholarship to attend The pedagogical course of the 28th International Kodály Seminar and Kodály Art Festival in Hungary. As a music teacher, she constantly polishes herself not only in music teaching, also in music performing. She performed many genres of vocal repertoires at school, like Musical, Oratorio, and etc,. Besides, In 2011, she worked with Charles Dutoit and sang Gustav Mahler “Symphony No.8” in E-flat Major at The 14th Beijing International Music Festival Opening Concert. In 2015, she as a member of Chinese choir was invited to Bach Festival in Leipzig, Germany. In the end of 2016, she as a producer conducted a program called “Moments in Time| Mirrors of Time”, which successfully performed in Frederick Loewe Theater. Meanwhile, she as an actor performed an opera called The Plain of Jars in Medicine Show Theater Ensemble, which harvested a lot of praise.
